The role of the European Union in addressing migration and asylum crises has become increasingly significant in recent years due to armed conflicts, difficult economic conditions, and climate change in parts of the Middle East and Africa. This research aims to analyze the EU’s policies and measures for managing refugees and migrants, focusing on the Common European Asylum System, cooperation agreements with neighboring countries, resettlement programs, and border control mechanisms.
