We present a unified theoretical framework based on information geometry, in which physical reality emerges from the intrinsic geometry of a manifold of information states. Four axioms are proposed: (i) the fundamental entity is the information state; (ii) the information manifold carries a Fisher–Bures metric; (iii) dynamics follow from a geometric action principle; (iv) the arrow of time is identified with entropy increase along geodesics. From these axioms we derive a set of original field equations: the information Einstein equation, the information geodesic equation (which yields quantum mechanics), the geodesic deviation law for thermodynamics, and the information–energy tensor that identifies matter as coherent information flow. The framework unifies general relativity, quantum mechanics, and thermodynamics under a single geometric principle: information is matter. Testable predictions include modified dispersion relations at Planckian scales, a precise energy–information uncertainty relation, and a resolution of the black hole information paradox.
