This work presents a formal analysis of the structural limitations of the Standard Model, demonstrating that it is not a closed or self-sufficient framework. The dependence on free parameters, renormalization procedures, and the absence of a global selection principle imply that it cannot define a unique physical reality. A closed variational framework based on a single quartic functional SΨ is introduced. All admissible configurations are determined by the stationary condition δS/δΨ† = 0, while a global selection operator uniquely defines the realized state Ψ⋆. The second variation generates a finite spectral structure H = E⋆T with Spec (T) = 1, L, L, where L = 0. 25. From this structure, all physical quantities emerge without external inputs. Interaction kernels, inverse-square dynamics, orbital motion, and mass spectra arise as necessary consequences of the spectral hierarchy En = E⋆Lᵏ. Astrophysical scaling laws, including flat rotation curves and the Tully–Fisher relation, follow from the same structure, together with a characteristic acceleration scale consistent with galactic dynamics. The results indicate that physical reality is not a collection of independent entities, but a single coherent configuration selected by a closed variational structure. This establishes a fundamental distinction between descriptive parametric models and generative structural frameworks.
