This paper presents a structural integration framework describing how systems form, exist within constraint space, evolve directionally, and persist or fail. The framework unifies four functional components: the Paton Recursive Pressure Field Equation (PRPFE), the Paton Compass, the ± Lineal Compass, and Paton Assist. Together, these components define a closed structural loop governing system behaviour after admissibility is satisfied. PRPFE governs structural emergence, the Paton Compass locates systems within constraint space, the ± Lineal Compass defines directional movement toward or away from viability, and Paton Assist certifies persistence under accumulated pressure. The framework does not replace domain-specific theories or introduce new governing laws. It operates as a domain-neutral structural layer describing system evolution and continuation under constraint. By separating generation, position, direction, and persistence, the paper provides a unified interpretation of system behaviour across engineering, physical, biological, cognitive, and economic domains. This work establishes a Tier-6 integration layer within the Paton System, connecting previously defined components into a coherent operational structure.
