This paper derives fully quantitative, testable predictions from IGUP. We compute logarithmic corrections to black hole entropy,the curvature entanglement relation, generalized uncertainty principle, and information dependent gravitational redshift. We present predictions in a detailed table with numerical values, IGUP formulas, characteristic scales, and direct comparison toPlanck 2023, LIGO, Lunar Laser Ranging, and quantum decoherence experiments. We propose a concrete experimental program for 2026–2030. All calculations are explicit.
