In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the consumer satisfaction towards Mamaearth skincare products. The study focuses on understanding consumer behaviour and the factors influencing their satisfaction while purchasing natural skincare products. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for herbal and toxin-free skincare products due to increasing awareness about health and skin safety. The research examines factors such as product quality, price, packaging, availability, and promotional strategies that influence consumer preference. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire from consumers of different age groups. The study also analyses the role of advertisements and social media marketing in creating brand awareness. It further examines how these factors influence consumer buying decisions and satisfaction levels. The findings provide useful insights for marketers to improve product quality and customer engagement. Overall, the study helps to understand consumer expectations and strengthen brand loyalty towards Mamaearth skincare products.
