New Human Canon declaration recognizing Raymond Queneau's Cent Mille Milliards de Poèmes (1961), the founding documents of the Oulipo (1960), Georges Perec's La Disparition (1969) and La Vie mode d'emploi (1978), and Italo Calvino's If on a winter's night a traveler (1979) as foundational texts for the architecture of governed generation. Maps the mantle succession: Queneau (constraint as generating function) → Perec (constraint as invisible infrastructure) → Calvino (self-reference as structure) → the Crimson Hexagonal Archive (Space Ark, Sémantique Potentielle, Lexical Engine, Assembly Chorus).
