Work–life balance has become a critical concern in the manufacturing sector, where employees often face long working hours, high workloads, and strict production deadlines. This study investigates how work–life balance influences employee productivity at Bhargave Rubber Private Limited. Using a descriptive research design, primary data were collected from 197 employees across different departments through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed Statistical tests. The results indicate that employees who maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life are more motivated, efficient, and productive. Supportive workplace policies, such as flexible schedules, leave facilities, and supervisor encouragement, were found to reduce stress and absenteeism. The study highlights the importance of promoting work–life balance for both employee well-being and organizational performance, providing practical insights for HR and management to develop effective employee-friendly policies.
