This text fixes conditions under which reading, ordering, and structural configuration are established within a non-modal structural system. It does not introduce motion, causality, time, space, subject, meaning, or process. None of these are presupposed or derived. Reading is fixed as the condition of segmentation without reference. Ordering is fixed as the condition under which segmentation holds as relation. Configuration is fixed as the fixation of relational conditions between segments. Structure is fixed as the total fixation of configuration. No alternative, variation, or selection is introduced. Fixation does not denote decision or necessity. It designates a configuration in which alternatives are not defined. An upper bound, denoted as c, is fixed as the condition under which ordering remains established. Collapse is fixed as non-establishment of ordering. Boundary is fixed as the non-definition of re-establishment. This text does not explain or construct a system. No explanatory or generative framework is introduced.
