Background: Post-Viral Syndrome (PVS) is a debilitating condition characterized by persistent fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic discomfort, sleep disturbances, and cognitive impairments that linger beyond the resolution of acute viral infections. In modern medicine, management remains largely symptomatic and supportive, with limited curative options. In Ayurveda, such residual manifestations are interpreted through the lens of Vataj Jwara and its Upadravas. Case & Intervention: A 46 years old female, with complains of the fatigue, calf muscles pain, disturbed sleep, lower back pain, anorexia and heaviness in the body from last 2-3 months seeking for Ayurveda treatment for the same. She under goes with the Ayurvedic management by oral medication and Pathya Palan. Outcome: After 2 months of treatment, she recovers from her all complains. Conclusion: Ayurvedic therapy effectively resolves Post-Viral Syndrome (PVS).
