Why Has Cancer Exploded?

This document analyzes the explosion of cancer incidence over the past 5, 000 years through official epidemiological data and an original mathematical model. Starting from the historical curve (from Ancient Egypt to GLOBOCAN 2022), the three official explanations — aging, better diagnosis, lifestyle — are dismantled using exclusively data published in JAMA, Lancet, NEJM, Nature and IARC. The selective separation in immunosuppressed transplant recipients (Engels et al. , JAMA 2011, n=175, 732), the reverse proof of vaccines and antivirals (Falcaro, Lancet 2021; Simon, NEJM 2022), the logical contradiction between slaughterhouse workers and oncological healthcare workers, and the indoor/outdoor gradient replicated in 6 countries all converge toward a single explanation: cancer has exploded because the transmission of latent oncogenic viruses has exploded with urbanization and indoor living.
