In order to obtain an information on the mechanisms concerning the photoplastic effects in alkali halide crystals containing metal colloids formed from the F-center coagulation KI single crystals colored densely by additive coloration as well as by electrolytic coloration were subjected to the photomechanical tests.Remarkable flow stress increments due to illumination of monochromatic 800nm light in the course of the plastic deformation could be detected newly in the wide range of the plastic strain.A brief discussion is given to the mechanisms as to the photoplastic effects in colored KI single crystals in terms of the characteristic mechanical interaction between mobile dislocations and potassium metal colloids stimulated by optical excitation.|アルカリ金属コロイド粒子を含むアルカリ・ハライド結晶における光塑性効果の機構の詳細に関する知見を得るために,ヨウ化カリウム単結晶中に付加着色法あるいは,電界着色法により高濃度にF中心を導入し,熱処理によりカリウム金属コロイドを優先的に含む試料を用いて塑性変形途上に光照射を行うことによって誘起される変形応力の変化の観測を行った。その結果,塑性変形領域の広い範囲にわたって特徴的な光塑性効果の挙動を観測することができた。これらの現象を運動転位と光励起されたカリウム金属コロイド粒子との特徴的な相互作用の結果としての観点から考察を行った。
