Zero-parameter derivation of the electroweak vacuum expectation value v ≈ 246 GeV from G₂ exceptional group geometry in the Ahmadov Constraint Theory (ACT). The Higgs quartic coupling λ = 9/ (22π) and mass parameter μ²/M²Pl = (π/252) ¹8 follow from triality structure, dimension counting, and coset geometry. Achieves 0. 05% agreement with observation using only algebraic factors derived from the single axiom Aut (U) ⊊ Sym (U). Eliminates the hierarchy problem by demonstrating v/MPl ≈ 10^-17 arises naturally from geometric constraint rather than fine-tuning.
