This manuscript presents a unified topological origin of the arrow of time within the framework of Nine-Dimensional Universal Unified Evolution Theory of Entropic Topology (9D-USTE). It addresses the long-standing puzzle in physics regarding the contradiction between microscopic time-reversal symmetry and macroscopic irreversibility. By introducing the winding-number density dilution in the 9D manifold and the universal topological invariant ^*=C, the paper unifies the thermodynamic, cosmological, causal, and quantum arrows of time into a single topological process. The research not only resolves key issues such as the black hole information paradox but also provides a consistent framework that integrates thermodynamics, general relativity, quantum mechanics, and gravity. This work contributes to the understanding of time's nature and offers new perspectives for future research in high-energy physics and quantum cosmology.
