To achieve this goal, a number of tasks are proposed: analyzing the current state of the system for training personnel in the social sphere; formulating practice-oriented recommendations for their modernization. The research base includes training programs, educational and methodological complexes, monographs, and scientific articles of a specialized nature. The analytical work relied on the theoretical analysis of specialized literature, as well as functional, systemic, and structural approaches. This methodological set ensured a holistic examination of the subject area and the comparison of various scientific positions. The development of training specialists for work in the social sphere occurs in the context of intense social transformations. Economic dynamics, digitalization, and changes in social structure form a new configuration of educational policy. The traditional model with rigid content regulation gives way to flexible formats and interdisciplinary integration. The education system faces the necessity to enhance the adaptability and effectiveness of personnel training. The updating of content is related to the introduction of digital tools and analytical platforms. Technological modernization of the educational environment includes the application of virtual simulations and the development of digital literacy. Mastering new tools increases specialists' readiness to work under conditions of technological transformation. The results obtained deepen scientific understanding of the transformation of social education in the context of digitalization and interdisciplinarity. The developed conceptual provisions and applied proposals can be used in the formation of educational standards, updating of training programs, and improvement of the practice of training specialists in organizations implementing educational programs with a social focus.
