Background: Regarding the role of parental support in Mental Health and Academic Resilience among secondary students, this study evaluates the relation among research variables, i.e., Mental Health, Academic Resilience, and Parental Support, and the mediating role of parental support in the relationship between Mental Health and Academic Resilience of Adolescent school students from classes IX and X. Materials and Methods: This study used the descriptive study method; therefore, it attempted to see the correlation between variables. This study in conducted on a total of 461 students where 314 male and 147 female students. Results: Data analysis was performed using the correlation method, PROCESS Procedure for SPSS Version 26. The finding shows a strong association among the variables and parental support partially mediates the relationship of Mental Health and Academic Resilience. In the model, the direct effect of Mental Health on Academic Resilience (0.711), indirect effect (0.341), and total effect (1.052) was achieved significantly. Conclusion: The results suggest that improving Mental Health and fostering Parental Support can enhance more academic resilience capacity of the students.
