This paper presents a methodological validation of the Haryono 2³ Theological-Configurational Model through a meta-analysis of three independent studies. Utilizing a 2³ factorial design and binary logistic regression, the model identifies eight unique behavioral profiles based on three dichotomized predictor variables. Cross-domain findings demonstrate that the model consistently detects structural bottlenecks and non-linear interactions in the phenomena of church participation , inclusive disability perception , and organizational Metanoia transformation. The results establish the Haryono 2³ model as a robust diagnostic instrument for empirical theology and organizational management. Highlights: • Novelty: Introduces the Haryono 2³ model for predicting complex behavioral transformation. • Integration: Merges inputs with the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) framework. • Analysis: Employs logistic regression to quantify structural bottlenecks in behavioral change. • Utility: Provides a 8-profile matrix for evidence-based organizational policy and SOP development. • Scalability: Offers a n-item diagnostic instrument suitable for diverse organizational settings.
