This paper proposes a unified framework for identifying the physical nature of Dark Energy (DE) and Dark Matter (DM) as manifestations of quantum state duality. We hypothesize that DE is the manifestation of quantum superposition in a non-local wave state, exerting repulsive pressure on spacetime. Conversely, DM is identified as the localized gravitational energy resulting from the decoherence process triggered by environmental interactions. A key feature of this model is the reversibility of the state transition, where particles can return to a wave state (recoherence) in a vacuum. This model suggests that the energy density of the universe is a dynamic equilibrium determined by the rate of interaction within the quantum field.
