This document is a systematic meta-level guide to the Projective Dynamic Logo (PDL) programme, version 11. It is intended for a scientific colleague who wishes to understand, verify, or continue the research. PDL derives fundamental physical constants and dynamical laws from four axioms on finite signed graphs, without presupposing spacetime, particles, or fields. The present version incorporates the full corpus through D36 (36 primary documents plus auxiliaries) and reflects the state of the programme following Sessions 11–15. The following advances are now documented and classified: Three Gates resolved. Gate 1 (D29): the amplitude 155/11017 is proved from axioms C1–C4 alone via the (A) ∧ (B) coupling criterion, verified exhaustively over 768 configurations. Gate 2 (D30): the QCD correction coefficient a = 2 is structurally forced; Δmᵢso = md − mᵤ is identified as the unique irreducible external parameter. Gate 3 (D31/D36): the theorem Gₑff (N) = σ (N) ·GPDL is proved under a single named hypothesis H1 (κ = Rₛurf/Rₜot from axioms), with independence δ = 0 and Tr (A) = 0 established algebraically. Four fundamental equations derived. The Schrödinger equation (D32), the Dirac equation with T = −iτ₂ as the unique admissible time-reversal operator (D33), Born's rule via Gleason uniqueness (D34, Level 1), and the Einstein coupling equation κPDL (N) = σ (N) ·κNewton (D35) are all derived from the (A) ∧ (B) criterion applied to the K₄ pulsation dynamics. Cosmology. NCMB = 40 is derived from the neutron architecture (D27) ; H₀CMB = 67. 26 km/s/Mpc (0. 27σ from Planck) ; the Hubble tension ratio is reproduced at 0. 006% with zero free parameters (D35). The document provides: a complete corpus table (D01–D36) with the main result of each document; the full logical dependency map from axioms to the Einstein equation; a six-layer epistemic architecture distinguishing proved theorems, conditional theorems (labelled by their named hypotheses), conjectures, and open problems; eleven numbered open problems in priority order; three parameter-free falsifiable predictions (μ* = 1836. 152670, Δmᵢso = 2. 532 MeV, H₀CMB = 67. 26 km/s/Mpc) ; and a practical continuation guide with standard workflow, LaTeX conventions, and entry points for each research direction. The sole remaining foundational open problem is the algebraic derivation of H1 — proving κ = Rₛurf/Rₜot from axioms C1–C4 — which would make the entire chain from axioms to G and the Einstein equation fully axiomatic.
