General Relativity (GR) has been extraordinarily successful in describing gravitational phenomena across astrophysical scales. However, GR inevitably predicts gravitational singularities—points of infinite density where the theory breaks down. This signals that GR is incomplete at the highest densities. This paper, the first ina series, presents Energy Field Theory (EFT), a foundational framework that eliminates singularities by rejecting spacetime curvature in favor of a rigid Euclidean spatial grid. In EFT, space does not bend, stretch, or curve. Gravity is not causedby Intrinsic Energy; it is the macroscopic manifestation of Extrinsic Energy’s inherent drive to saturate the spatial grid. Intrinsic Energy, by contrast, repels itself to minimize its density, driving cosmic expansion. Crucially, the spatial grid possessesa finite saturation limit: each fundamental unit of the grid cannot contain morethan a maximum density of Extrinsic Energy. When this limit is reached, a blackhole forms—not as a singularity, but as a finite-density, saturated object. Thisframework naturally resolves the black hole singularity problem without requiringexotic physics. The full derivation of the minimum black hole mass from the saturation limit is presented in Paper II. Subsequent papers will address the emergenceof Lorentz symmetry, gravitational wave mechanics, and cosmological implications
