Elastic Critical State in Gravitational Waves is a curated dataset supporting the operational study of the Elastic Critical State (ECS) hypothesis and the validation of the dynamical constant k (k′). The package contains provenance CSVs for image matching and verification, ringdown extraction outputs (per‑event ringdown parameters and event‑level averages), preliminary k′ estimates, manifest files, and SHA256 checksums to ensure integrity and reproducibility. Where original pipeline outputs were unavailable at packaging time, clearly labeled placeholder CSVs are included and documented in the README with instructions to regenerate the real files by re‑running the provided Colab notebook. This dataset enables researchers to reproduce the ringdown analysis workflow—filtering, Hilbert envelope extraction, exponential fitting—and to rederive the frequency, damping time, quality factor, and k′ estimates for the cataloged events. Intended users are gravitational‑wave analysts, reproducibility auditors, and reviewers who require both the raw pipeline outputs and provenance metadata. The README explains file provenance, how to verify checksums, and the steps to recreate missing outputs; all code and processing notebooks referenced in the package are public and designed for execution in Colab to facilitate immediate replication.
