This paper proposes a fundamental reinterpretation of gravity, defining it not as a primary interaction, but as a local consequence of the global topological closure of the universe. The model introduces a novel interpretation of expansion: since no space exists outside the universe, expansion is not an extension into a hosting medium, but rather the scaling (relaxation) of the internal metric structure. This approach allows for the reframing of the cosmological constant problem, the nature of dark energy, and dark matter through a single global geometric constraint.
