This study investigates the implications of artificial intelligence (AI)-based chatbots in both inside and outside classroom learning. It explores how AI can be used by teachers and students and how classroom teaching can be made more interactive and effective. The chatbots have interesting applications outside the classroom by supporting anytime/anywhere learning and supporting the examination and evaluation as well. Teachers can get rid of the repetitive tasks, whereas the students can practice their learning in a more self-paced and interactive way. Examples and case studies from the successful AI integration have been presented by different institutions.
