This technical note follows Governance Physics and Evidentiary Truth (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19422868) with two contributions. First, a comparative positioning table maps each of the eight governance-physics invariants against the nearest work in runtime security, invariant/substrate architecture, and governance/evidentiary literature — establishing where existing work approaches each invariant and where the gap remains. Second, a refined discipline-grade definition of Evidentiary Truth strengthens the original formulation by adding “system state” and “institutional continuity” to the independence condition, and by consolidating the synthesis line: runtime invariants govern behavior; Evidentiary Truth governs history; together they turn governance from policy into physics.
