Abstract: Based on the Inert Cell model established in Part I, this paper reveals the key mechanism that turns a harmless tumor into a life-threatening condition. Using consistent clinical patterns and global real-world data, this article explains the real difference between benign and malignant tumors, the actual cause of cancer-related death, and proposes a safe, logical, and human-centered treatment approach. This paper completes the full, unified, and self-consistent system for redefining cancer.
