Abstract

This note provides the technical specification for the coefficients of the string-derived potential used in the Hilbert-Pólya candidate operator. It identifies the transcendental weights (2k-1) from the Virasoro-Shapiro amplitude and identifies the growth constraints required for the operator to be self-adjoint.
