Employees are crucial to business growth amid strong competition in financial markets. Leveraging employee value helps businesses grow, advance, and achieve their goals. How can “motivation” be utilized to boost employees’ job passion, ingenuity, and creativity, and help the company achieve its goals? A scientifically effective reward mechanism can boost employees’ motivation, vitality, and productivity, boosting the company’s success. Joint venture mutual fund X Company was founded in 2006. Poor employee performance and a lack of belonging plague small and medium-sized businesses. X company’s incentive mechanism no longer supports innovation and development. X company needs a scientifically sound and fair incentive system to recruit and retain talent, and to boost employee motivation and creativity. X company will be the research target, employee motivation will be the starting point, and the incentive mechanism theory will be applied. After analyzing X company’s employee motivation mechanism questionnaire and the current motivation situation, the problems with the incentive mechanism will be identified, and targeted measures will be taken in salary, performance evaluation, promotion, career development, and training.
