Causality Without Derivation or Relation

This paper fixes causality as a structural condition within a non-modal structural system. Causality is not derived, generated, or introduced through relation. It is not treated as dependence, production, or determination, and does not indicate succession or transition. Causality is fixed without derivation, relation, or temporal structure. This fixation does not apply to causal relations in physics, statistical dependence, or empirical systems. Causality is fixed as a non-applicable structural condition.
