This is Version 4.2 (Part 2) of the Unified Conical Cosmos Model series. It is the concise edition of V4.1 (Part 1), based on the 4-Dimensional Cosmic Growth Theory and Bi's Pythagorean Cone Platform. This paper presents the core logic, axioms, and conclusions of the three fundamental microscopic problems in compact form. It is closely linked to V4.1 (full version) and V4.3 (quantum-gravity unification, dark matter, dark energy). Together, they form a complete, self-consistent, parameter-free unified theoretical system.
