This paper fixes non-extension as a structural condition within a non-modal structural system. Extension is not introduced and not constituted. Scale is not introduced and not constituted. No variation is introduced. Non-extension is not defined through increase, decrease, or spatial extension. This fixation does not apply to spatial systems, measurable scale, or empirical structures. It does not describe empirical systems. Non-extension is fixed as non-constitution of extension.
