This paper describes how the Paton System is applied internally to generate evaluate and stabilise its own outputs. Admissibility is treated as a continuous condition governing every stage of construction from initial concept formation to final presentation. The Paton Admissibility Test operates as a persistent gate condition determining whether recursive continuation is permitted. Recursive generation produces candidate states while admissibility determines which structures persist. The process is not unconstrained creation but a structurally gated progression in which each step must satisfy constraint before continuation occurs. Inadmissible branches are terminated immediately and do not accumulate. The framework introduces Paton Assist as the operational form of admissibility during construction providing a continuous viability filter across transitions. It evaluates structural consistency constraint compatibility and recursive stability without modifying content enforcing continuation only where admissibility is satisfied. The paper further formalises an internal construction method based on the lowest admissible configuration. Structure emerges through controlled expansion from a minimal valid core with continuous admissibility validation at each step. This produces stable growth without accumulation of inconsistency. Observation is shown to be a projection of admissible structure rather than the full set of explored possibilities. The final paper reflects only what remains after constraint filtering. This work provides a structural account of how the Paton System maintains internal correctness demonstrating that generation is subordinate to admissibility and that continuity arises from recursively sustained admissible structure.
