We present a unified theoretical framework that integrates five interconnected theories: TITT, D. S. Theory, 2C Theory, Reciprocal Cosmology, and WillCore. The framework is grounded in a single cosmic axiom P·R = 1, from which the structural principle V·H = Omega, the critical transition condition C = 2/3, and the empirically validated gammac convergence function are all derived. Based on 100 WillCore transition records, we demonstrate that gammac is not a fixed constant but a bounded convergence function: 0. 003 <= gammac (gen) <= 0. 009, following exponential relaxation with decay constant lambda = 0. 010. The same exponential structure appears in the 2C Theory information flow and Reciprocal Cosmology, providing the empirical signature of the unified framework. Four case studies are presented: WillCore generational transition, information compression at C = 2/3, cosmological analogy, and Cₛignal trading application.
