The author describes the development of the institution of review of court documents on newly opened cases, its legal basis, the importance of the process of review ofcourt documents on newly opened cases, stages of development, its distinctive features, conducted research in this field analyzed the scientific works of national and foreign scientists, the civil procedural legal documents adopted in the history of Uzbekistan, developed theoretical and national legislative proposals.
