This deliverable is the final version of the Transformative Pathway Roadmap, presenting updates on the integration of UP2030 solutions in the UP2030 cities.The goal of this deliverable is twofold: i) to serve as a practical guide for project stakeholders, including cities and liaisons, interested in reviewing the available solutions and their implementation in city prototypes, and ii) to provide a technical overview of the solutions’ offering and how they support the UP2030 city prototypes in achieving their visions.Each UP2030 solution is presented in a dedicated section outlining its scope, objectives, and maturity, together with its application within one or more city prototypes. The deliverable outlines how city-specific needs and priorities are addressed through the implementation and integration of UP2030 solutions within the city prototypes. Transformative Pathways Roadmap represents the consolidated and final version of this work, building on D3.2 - Transformative Pathways Roadmaps: Strategic Integration of Solutions and Interoperability 2, and delivered at M36.
