The current research study tried to examine the tutor optimism and its relationship to the academic achievement of high school-going children. The survey methodology was adopted in this study due to its ex post facto research design. The data collection procedure was carried out in cooperation with children chosen through the application of stratified random sampling techniques. The result of this analysis has depicted that t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation test methods of statistical data analyses have been carried out. The result of this research study brought to light the fact that the t-test analysis has depicted significant differences in the tutor optimism level and academic achievement levels in respect to the categories of various demographic & school-related variables. The result also brought to light the fact that the level of correlation coefficient is 0.997, which was very high and depicted the factor of tutor optimism playing an extremely important role in the scholars' academic achievement.
