Payroll and salary processing systems are essential components of organizational financial management. These systems ensure that employees receive accurate and timely compensation for their work. The primary objective of this study is to identify the issues faced by employees in payroll and salary processing systems and to evaluate employee satisfaction levels. A descriptive research design was adopted, and data were collected from employees using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square test, correlation, and regression analysis were used for interpretation. The findings reveal that delays in salary processing, lack of transparency, payroll errors, and poor communication significantly affect employee satisfaction. The study concludes that automation, clear policies, and effective communication can improve payroll efficiency and employee trust.
