This paper does not synthesize the earlier admissibility papers into a final doctrine. Its task is narrower: after qualification, geometric pressure, and mortal pressure, it asks what claims concerning admissibility may still be carried forward, and under what reduced authority. The paper does not determine paper-truth, object-essence, or final legitimacy. Instead, it audits what remains portable after reduction, what must now be carried more weakly, and what the present sequence does not entitle us to claim under its name. The audit proceeds not by rewarding ambition, but by narrowing claim-carrying authority to what the earlier pressures have actually secured. What survives, if anything survives, is not a completed theory-object, but a reduced field of still-carryable claims concerning admissibility as a candidate core object within the TII Framework.
