This work establishes a unified self-observing universe paradigm centered on resolution growth, autonomous self-referential dynamics, and Möbius topology, which fundamentally reshapes our understanding of cosmic evolution, causal closure, and the arrow of time. We demonstrate that resolution growth serves as the universal dynamical engine governing cosmic structure formation, information hierarchy, and topological irreversibility, while the Möbius structure provides the intrinsic non-orientable geometry that enables perfect self-observation, causal consistency, and topological symmetry breaking. By integrating these ingredients into an autonomous closed system, we derive strong, falsifiable theoretical predictions: (1) a universal monotonic increase in observational resolution across cosmic time; (2) topological irreversibility directly giving rise to the arrow of time and cosmic expansion; (3) non-orientable geometry manifesting in low-energy corrections to spacetime and quantum measurement; (4) a unified geometric origin for dark energy, cosmic structure, and quantum-to-classical transition; and (5) a fundamental limit on measurement precision determined by Möbius-type topological constraints. This framework unifies geometry, dynamics, and observation into a single self-contained system, offering a novel foundation for quantum gravity, cosmology, and the fundamental nature of physical reality. wxsq1638@outlook.com 0009-0000-3175-1681 Xinyu Zheng
