We present PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm v33, extending v32's Dynamic Center with a 3 Gearbox Independent architecture and Phiₙatural anchoring. Through eight ablation steps (5 seeds × 80, 000 steps each, Intel N100 CPU), v33 achieves: Omega=0. 4225 ± 0. 0011 (tied with v32), Divergence=0. 1578 (exceeding v32's 0. 1367), Omegaₙatural=0. 8943 (series record). A critical discovery in Step 8 (NYC Taxi integration) reveals an emergent rule: environmental instability induces synchronization while stability permits divergence — a biologically consistent adaptive homeostasis response (Allostasis). This establishes PHILIA v33 as a living dynamical system capable of environment-dependent phase transitions. Lyapunov stability analysis confirms global stability under entropy-modulated damping.
