This paper proposes a unified pathological framework: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and neurodegenerative diseases (including Parkinson’s disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, and Alzheimer’s disease) share the same root cause — systemic tissue repair system dysfunction. For SLE, the dysfunction of vascular endothelial repair leads to persistent vascular damage and secondary inflammatory responses, overturning the traditional "autoimmune attack" hypothesis. For neurodegenerative diseases, the failure of central nervous system tissue repair results in irreversible neuronal damage, unifying the pathological mechanism of these seemingly unrelated diseases. This theory provides a new theoretical basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of systemic immune diseases and central nervous system degenerative diseases.
