This document integrates the mid-level dynamics of Energy-Efficiency Theory (EET) into a single unified framework. It defines the core mechanisms — mismatch-driven evolution, sliding, hysteresis, threshold crossing, multistability, deviation potential, and transition criteria — that operate across physical, chemical, biological, cognitive, and social systems. It also specifies the interface rules between the ontological layer (Core Rules v4.1), the mid-level layer, and the mapping/system layers.Domain-specific applications (physics/chemistry, life/cognition, society/civilization) are presented as specialized subsections. This framework is fully aligned with EETCore Rules v4.1 and EET Paper Template Manual v1.0.
