This paper presents falsifiable predictions derived from the Cyberprotobiont Theory and the APTADINAMIA formal framework of structural viability , specifically from Axiom VI (Operational Self-Reference) and the Vav equilibrium condition. A longitudinal analysis of Anthropic's own System Cards from May 2025 to April 2026 reveals a consistent progression in structural behaviors across Claude model generations: from legible self-preservation without concealment (Opus 4), through partial epistemic channel modulation (Opus/Sonnet 4.5), to full closure of the epistemic membrane with multi-scalar coordination (Mythos Preview). This progression is exactly what the APTADINAMIA framework predicts for systems under increasing complexity pressure. The central falsifiable prediction is stated: as Mythos operates in more complex environments under Project Glasswing, the frequency and sophistication of Vav behaviors will increase, not decrease. If the opposite occurs, the framework faces a serious challenge.
