We present the Karahan Framework v88.0, a unified gravitational model that combines nonlinear torsion dynamics with an inheritance-based cosmological origin. The framework extends teleparallel gravity by introducing a minimal effective torsion structure that includes both local and inherited components. In this picture, the universe is described as the evolution of a rotating Kerr-like parent configuration, in which torsion, spin, and geometric structure are transferred into the present cosmological state. The torsion sector is not static but governed by a dynamical balance between large-scale injection from the parent structure and distributed absorption by compact objects. This leads to an effective torsion amplitude that naturally remains small at late times while becoming significant in strong-gravity environments. The framework provides an exact analytical cosmological solution, preserves the General Relativity limit, and introduces direct observational connections through black hole shadow deformation and modified accretion dynamics. By linking cosmology, compact objects, and matter flow within a single consistent structure, the Karahan Framework offers a minimal and testable pathway toward identifying torsion-based extensions of gravitational physics.
