(Solid-State Cosmology Series: Postulate IV) Standard chemistry relies on the 2D periodic table, a static grid that fails to account for the fluid-dynamic nature of atomic organization. This paper postulates a unified model of matter based on the Solid-State Toroidal Engine. We propose that chemical elements are spatially organized in a Toroidal Periodic Vortex of seven octaves, governed by golden-angle phyllotaxis (137.5°). By redefining chemical bonding as a pressure-gradient effect within the Aether’s flow—specifically at "Interstitial Nodes"—this model provides a mechanical explanation for molecular stability, radioactive decay at the Magnetic Edge, and the existence of "Syntropic Potential Nodes" for the discovery of zero-resistance materials.
