Conversational AI systems in education often suffer from fragmented tools, limited parent–school communication, and inefficient manual processes such as attendance tracking. This study presents EducationAL, an AI-powered virtual school platform designed to address these challenges through an integrated, multi-role system supporting students, parents, teachers, and administrators. The platform introduces a unified architecture combining mobile and web applications with real-time communication and intelligent services. Key features include automated attendance tracking using face recognition, live session monitoring, AI-driven chatbot assistance (text and voice) for personalized parental guidance, and real-time push notifications. The system also provides administrative analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.The proposed solution emphasizes usability, security, and scalability while adhering to privacy and ethical considerations in AI deployment. By integrating advanced technologies into a cohesive platform, EducationAL demonstrates a scalable and intelligent approach to modernizing digital education environments.
