Design and Implementation of a Mobile-Based Hospital Management System for Resident Physicians This work focuses on the design and development of a centralized mobile platform tailored for resident physicians. The system provides seamless management of physician shifts, real-time attendance tracking with geolocation, and a streamlined request system that supports shift exchange approvals. The platform aims to optimize hospital coordination by integrating efficient communication channels and ensuring real-time notifications for scheduling updates. Project Objectives: Shift Management: Automated scheduling and rotation tracking for resident physicians. Attendance Tracking: Real-time check-in/out with geolocation integration. Request System: Efficient approval workflow for shift exchange requests. Instant Notifications: Push alerts for schedule changes and updates. Why Nasej: Centralized Management: One unified platform for all resident coordination needs. Efficient Tracking: Streamlined monitoring of shifts and attendance. Rapid Communication: Direct channels between residents, administration, and supervisors. System Architecture: Mobile Application: Built with Flutter to ensure compatibility across iOS and Android devices. Backend API: Developed in Laravel for robust and secure RESTful services. Database: MySQL ensures data integrity and efficient querying for scheduling information. Notifications: Powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging for real-time updates.
