This paper proposes a unified etiological theory for four chronic intractable diseases: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The core hypothesis is that all four diseases share the same root cause: the failure of the human body's platelet repair system. SLE is a systemic repair failure, while the other three are localized repair failures in different brain regions. This theory completely overturns the traditional "immune system self-attack" hypothesis, establishing a closed and unassailable logical framework for chronic disease pathogenesis.
