This paper develops the concept of negentropy constants as the coherence-maintaining counterparts to entropy constants. While entropy constants measure projected closure degradation, negentropy constants govern the preservation, restoration, and intensification of closure across physical, biological, informational, mathematical, and cosmological domains. The central claim is that negentropy is not simply negative entropy. It is the ontological condition by which order persists before, within, and beyond projection. This reframing distinguishes local entropy reduction from deeper coherence maintenance and opens a constants theory of organization, invariance, life, intelligence, and structured emergence. Core Thesis Entropy constants measure the lawful degradation of closure under projection. Negentropy constants measure or condition the lawful maintenance of closure across projection. Entropy is projected closure degradation. Negentropy is ontological closure maintenance. They are not two ends of one pole; they are different levels of the closure architecture.
