The previous paper examined the generation of internal Δ through the compression of lnI (thecollapse side). This paper examines the opposite movement: the accumulation → criticality→ explosive release of ρᵢ (the generation side). ρᵢ is redefined as a “quasi-stablesupersaturated state,” and its temporal asymmetry with lnI is deepened as “continuouscompression versus delayed leap.” At the moment ρᵢ exceeds criticality, internal Δ isexplosively externalized and a new structure is born. This phase transition is shown to be theessence of creativity and, at the same time, the same mechanism as the collapse described inthe Forgetting Paper. Not all ρᵢ reaches criticality; some accumulations instead dissipateinto the forgetting process, completing the cycle. Generation and collapse are two sides ofthe same mechanism within the E=mc Thought Principle.
