This research paper presents the design and implementation of a modular, web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored for the Electronics and Telecommunications (ENTC) Department. The system addresses challenges in managing academic workflows such as student records, faculty coordination, attendance tracking, and assignment submissions. Developed using Django/PHP and MySQL/SQLite, the ERP integrates role-based access control to ensure secure data management and real-time synchronization. Key modules include: Resume Analyzer – evaluates student resumes against industry criteria to support placement readiness. Attendance Tracker – automates attendance marking and reporting. Submission Tracker – monitors assignment deadlines and submissions. Course Management – organizes subjects, faculty allocations, and syllabus details. The study demonstrates how digitizing departmental processes eliminates data silos, enhances transparency, and improves efficiency. Expected outcomes include reduced manual workload, improved accountability, and actionable insights for both faculty and students. Future work will focus on AI-driven analytics dashboards and integration with university-wide portals to enable predictive insights and seamless data exchange.
